The Village of Glendale Heights seeks Quotations, Bids, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the purchase and acquisition of equipment, supplies, materials,
and professional services. Small purchases are acquired through obtaining prices and quotations with vendors interested in doing business with the Village. Higher value purchases
are acquired under a competitive bid or request for proposal process. We encourage firms interested in doing business with the Village to submit information relating to their
business for future consideration in purchasing opportunities.

FULLERTON AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT - Sealed bids to complete all
work required for this project will be received by the Village of Glendale Heights, DuPage County, Illinois until 10:00am (Central Time) on April 21, 2016. The
work in general shall consist of HMA surface course removal (variable full depth), pavement removal, concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, Hot-Mix Asphalt surface
course, Hot-Mix Asphalt binder course, Hot-Mix Asphalt base course, aggregate base course, storm sewer adjustments, and landscape restoration all as further described in the
contract documents for the said work prepared by Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. (CBBEL), copies of which are on file for review, and available for purchase at the office
of Christopher B. Burke Engineering, 9575 W. Higgins Road, Suite 600, Rosemont, Illinois 60018 for a non-refundable cost of $50.00 per set of bidding documents. Payment shall be
in the form of a check payable to Christopher B. Burke Engineering.
