Temporary Disability Parking Placards

As a convenience to Glendale Heights residents, the Village offers assistance to those in need of temporary parking placards. Temporary Disability Parking Placards are available through the Administrative Services Department (located at the Village Hall, 1st floor) during the Village’s normal business hours.

A Temporary Disability Parking Placard is good only for the length of time certified by a physician, up to a maximum period of six months. To obtain a Temporary Disability Placard, you must return the Persons with Disability Certification form signed by your Physician. Forms are also available at the Administrative Service’s counter.
