Total Cardio Sculpt (Ages 14 & Up)

Full body weight training, using various equipment to strengthen and tone combined with cardio training to get your heart rate up. This class has all you need for an effective body shaping workout that will keep you coming back for more.

Pilates (Ages 14 & Up)

A method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. With systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns, Pilates has proven itself invaluable not only as a fitness endeavor, but also as an important adjunct to professional sports training and physical rehabilitation of all kinds. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to raise your fitness level. Pilates mat required.

Jazzercise (Ages 16 & Up)

Jazzercise accommodates ALL fitness levels. It combines a great cardiovascular workout with resistance training and stretching that increases your strength, muscle tone, flexibility and balance with easy to follow moves. Zumba (Ages 14 & Up)

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music; Latin inspired with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. The routines feature aerobic and interval training with a combination of fast rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
