| Olympic Tae Kwon Do |

Tae Kwon Do, one of the newest Olympic sports, is a 2000-year-old martial art, offering a variety of benefits for people of all ages and physical abilities. Classes are taught under the direction of Grand Master Ki Hong Kim. A $45 Uniform fee is required at the first class. All colored belt students are required to have complete sparring gears.

Olympic Little Dragons (Ages 4-5)
In this class children learn how to warm up, cool down, and have fun while learning the fundamentals of Olympic Tae Kwon Do. This class focuses on developing balance, coordination, and respect for the discipline of martial arts training.

| Kids Karate Club (Ages 4–13) |

This progressive martial arts program teaches the basics in karate, self defense, sparring and safety. This high energy program is specifically designed for children ages 4 through 14. Parents may participate with their children at no additional cost as part of our Parent Helper Program. Family involvement and respect are key elements, and children are encouraged and motivated to do their best in all aspects of their lives. Karate uniforms are required and are available from the instructor. You’ve seen it on the news, you’ve read it in the papers; it is a violent world out there. But those are things that happen to other people - not to you - until one day it does happen to you. We don’t want to scare you, we want you to be aware - no one is immune to violence. You have to be prepared - you have to have a plan. Learn the four levels of self defense; learn and practice practical techniques that anyone can use to defend themselves and avoid becoming another statistic. Wear comfortable clothing.
