The Street Division will strive to maintain the roadway infrastructure in quality condition year round, through sound fiscal use of available resources, long range plans, and cooperative efforts of residents, employees, and elected officials.

  Wooden pole streetlights are owned by ComEd and outages/broken lights should be reported directly to ComEd at 1.800.EDISON1 or via their website.

Street Sweeping Parking Restrictions

To enable an efficient and effective street sweeping schedule, the Village will be divided into four zones. Parking on streets will be prohibited during the months of April, May, October and November between 8:00am and 4:00pm on one specific day each week in each zone. Color coded "No Parking" signs have been posted throughout the Village.

Red Zone - No Parking on Mondays
Blue Zone - No Parking on Tuesdays
Green Zone - No Parking on Wednesdays
Brown Zone - No Parking on Fridays

You may view a zone map or view a list of streets in each zone and the date parking is prohibited in each zone.
