Parking Citations may be paid:
Payment must be made by check or money order. Please make your check payable to the Village of Glendale Heights. Do not mail cash. The parking citation envelope is pre-addressed. If you are not using the citation envelope, the letter should be addressed to:
Glendale Heights Police DepartmentYou may pay in person, Monday - Friday, from 7:00am - 7:00pm. You may pay with cash, check, money order, VISA, Mastercard, and most ATM cards at the Police Department, 300 Civic Center Plaza, Glendale Heights. Exact amount is required from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
You may also drop your parking citation in the Water Department Drop Box (silver box), which is in front of Village Hall (near the U.S. mail box). Checks only, no cash! Payments must be placed in the citation envelope to ensure the payment is properly credited to your citation.
You can pay your parking citation through the Internet. To pay by this method, please have your credit card and parking citation information available. Your parking citation number(s) is required to pay online.
There is a $1.50 - $1.75 additional service fee per parking citation that is charged when paying by this method. (Handicapped violations have a service fee of $8.75 - $10.50).
