TIF District Reports

There are six active Tax Increment Financing Districts (TIF) in the Village of Glendale Heights. These special districts allow property taxes that are generated due to new development or redevelopment within the district to be used to further make improvements within the district. Each year the Village submits a summary of the TIF District to the State of Illinois and meets with effected taxing districts to review the status of each district.
